Paradise View

Located in the North West area of Paradise View, Flamboyant Villa is a superb base for a family holiday on the beautiful Island of Antigua. A Spanish style front door leads you into a delightful courtyard garden where you will want to spend most of your holiday.

The kidney shaped swimming pool complete with soothing water feature on the large terrace overlooks a well planted tropical garden containing two mature trees, one a flamboyant which offers sanctuary from the hot sun making it the perfect place to relax, read, sip a cool drink and watch the kids playing in the pool. Alternatively you can relax back in the hammock and let the breeze lull you to sleep.

For meal times there are outdoor tables and chairs a barbecue and a bar with fridge meaning you don't have to retreat indoors to continue enjoying your day, and in the evening

This lovely family villa sleeps eight and consists of:

  • Master bedroom with Queen size bed, overlooking the pool with feature en-suit open air shower and toilet etc.
  • 2nd family room with double and bunk beds, en suit shower W.C. Etc.
  • Two other standard bedrooms, both with en-suit shower W.C. Etc. Both with double beds.
  • All the bedrooms have air conditioning installed to cool down your nights.
  • Large kitchen fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, grill, and all equipment you need to prepare any type of meal, snack or drink.
  • Ceiling fans.
  • Large living room off kitchen with satellite television and DVD player.
  • Outdoors shower by pool
  • Maid service from 8am to 1pm up to 5 days a week.
  • Off road parking for 4 cars

If you prefer to spend your days discovering the island this is a great base from which to do it, 5 minutes by car will get you to the capital St. John's, Cedar Valley Golf Club, excellent supermarkets, bank and post office, and 3 of the best beaches on the island - Fort James, Runaway Bay and Dickinson Bay. An extra 5 minutes drive and for the action addicts there is kite surfing and windsurfing available at Jabberwocky Beach and Dutchman's Bay. You are also very close to some of the best dining on the island.
